Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the international development of Japanese artists(Hip-Hop,R&B), with a primary focus on the U.S. market

• Act as a strategic bridge between Japan-based teams and U.S./global counterparts, ensuring cultural alignment and commercial success

• Partner with internal teams across A&R, digital marketing, content strategy, touring, branding, and partnerships

• Drive international marketing initiatives, release strategies, and promotional campaigns tailored to global audiences

• Support strategic collaborations with media platforms, brands, and external partners

• Contribute to long-term artist growth strategies, leveraging global trends, audience insights, and market intelligence

• 日本発Hip-Hop / R&Bアーティストの国際展開をリード・サポート（特に米国市場に注力）

• 日本チームと米国・グローバルチームの戦略的架け橋となり、文化的な整合性と商業的成功を両立

• A&R、デジタルマーケティング、コンテンツ戦略、ツアー、ブランディング、パートナーシップなど社内各チームと密接に連携

• グローバルオーディエンス向けの国際マーケティング施策、リリース戦略、プロモーションキャンペーンを推進

• メディアプラットフォーム、ブランド、外部パートナーとの戦略的コラボレーションをサポート
