Perform P&L analysis by project and cost center

Manage execution budgets (including forecast revisions)

Support the overall formulation and progress management of business plans

Monitor actual performance and provide analytical support

Conduct variance analysis (actual VS. budget/forecast) and prepare reporting materials

Systematically manage and analyze financial information, calculate key management accounting metrics in a timely manner

Monitor for potential financial risks through indicators and consult closely with management to prepare in advance

Contribute to expanding management's business perspective through data-driven insights

Practical experience in actual-vs-budget analysis or budget/forecast management
Ability and experience in goal setting, performance tracking, and data analysis
Experience in entertainment, gaming, media, or content-related industries
Experience in financial accounting or using accounting systems (e.g., SAP ERP)

主な業務内容

• プロジェクト別・コストセンター別の損益分析（P&L分析）を実施

• 実行予算の管理（見込み修正を含む）

• 事業計画全体の策定支援および進捗管理

• 実績のモニタリングと分析サポート

• 実績対予算/見込みの差異分析（バリアンス分析）を行い、レポーティング資料を作成

• 財務情報を体系的に管理・分析し、経営管理指標をタイムリーに算出

• 各種指標を通じて潜在的な財務リスクを監視し、経営陣と密に連携して事前対策を準備

• データ駆動型のインサイトを通じて、経営陣の事業視野を拡大する貢献

応募要件（必須）

• 大学卒業以上（専攻不問）

• 実績対予算分析または予算/見込み管理の実務経験

• Excelの実務スキルが高い方（VLOOKUP、ピボットテーブルなどの基本関数を活用可能）

• 目標設定・進捗管理・データ分析の経験と能力

• エンターテインメント、ゲーム、メディア、コンテンツ関連業界での経験

• 財務会計の実務経験または会計システム（例：SAP ERP）の使用経験
